Chase is a native of Bogalusa, Louisiana, and a graduate of Bowling Green School in Franklinton. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center in 2017.

Residing in Franklinton with his wife and two children, Chase is deeply committed to his community. His dedication to both the legal profession and civic engagement has earned him significant recognition.
