Chase's roots trace back to the city of Bogalusa, Louisiana, where he spent his formative years, gaining valuable life experiences. He earned his high school diploma at Bowling Green School in Franklinton, Louisiana. Driven by a commitment to service and a desire for higher education, Chase pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Southeastern Louisiana University. He then attended Southern University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2017. Presently, Chase and his wife call Franklinton their home, where they raise their two children, and actively contribute to the local community.

Chase is licensed to practice in all state courts of Louisiana. Chase is a current and active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the 22nd JDC Bar Association, and the Washington Parish Bar Association.
